Hi, I’m Bailey, the face behind Hillside Tech Support — and yes, I’m the guy who gets excited about fixing Wi-Fi and making your computer behave again.

 

I’ve always loved technology, but what I enjoy even more is helping people feel less stressed by it. I started Hillside Tech Support in 2025 with a simple goal: to bring friendly, down-to-earth tech help to homes and small businesses across the Adelaide Hills — no confusing jargon, no big-company pricing, just real support from someone you can trust.

 

Before starting this business, I worked in IT roles across education and healthcare, where I learned the importance of clear communication, patience, and showing up on time. I’ve helped people who “just want to print again,” parents trying to wrangle home Wi-Fi, and business owners who need their systems running smoothly to stay afloat.

 

This business reflects my values: honesty, reliability, and treating every customer like a human — not like a robot, or just another number.

 

When I’m not working, I’m either tinkering with tech, spending time with family, or researching about the latest and greatest tech, software, updates, the list goes on. Simply put - I'm fascinated by tech, and love to learn.

After working in IT support roles for several years, I started to notice something: people didn’t just need someone to fix their devices — they needed someone they could trust, who would speak their language and not make them feel silly for asking questions.

 

I saw a gap in the market for friendly, honest, local tech help — the kind of support you can actually understand. So instead of staying stuck in larger organisations, I decided to start something of my own — where the focus could be on people first, tech second. Whether that be assisting your new upcoming business, personal issues, or helping those who just need a helping hand to understand technology better.
